Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) is a wastewater treatment process that removes all liquid waste from a system. ZLD is used in many industries including chemical processing, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. ZLD includes evaporators, crystallizers, and other equipment.
PSTM offer Trunkey solution for high TDS Effluent water treatment which basically works on thermal separation technique in which water get evaporated and recycled in process system, while mixed salts get recovered from Dryer.

Salt recovery plants are used to recover salt from various sources such as spent wash desalination systems.
The water portion is concentrated in the evaporation plant and the salt is separated by crystallization which may be by way of evaporative crystallization or a separate crystallizer arranged downstream of the evaporation plant.
PSTM design the Salt Recovery system to recover the Salts from the process water / Effluent. Salt Recovery System comprises Evaporation / Concentration Plan along with Crystallizer and when liquidmixture tends to salt precipitation it passed in pusher Centrifuge/ Basket Centrifuge in which water & Salts get separated.
